The Hydraulic cement ( Finishing ) is a Special and characteristic product and have been designed to cover the Saudi market needs for general finishing activities and blocks manufacturing, it has a paler color, and therefore suitable for decorative and architectural concrete and all finishing works, the production of the Hydraulic cement has a lower carbon footprint which reflect positively on the surrounding environment and performance characteristics as compared to conventional Portland cement and also it compete and surpass the same type of cement in the market
